Actually an update

Besides lots of small fixes (like settings menu and what else) and quicksave and profile functionality being disabled (it was never working properly either way, I'll do something about it later), there's actually a meaningful update.

Falling platforms now despawn with animation and they do respawn.
This should make the game tad bit easier (I think it's as easy as it gets already, but some players report it being insanely and impossibly hard), and, more importantly, much less annoying.

Also there's an actual end to the first level now!
